Minutes of the last two meetings were discussed. The first was agreed but some amendments need to be made to the last one.

Jill will send questionnaires to the school. She will do the analysis and further decisions will be made on this.

Staffing. Mrs Cox is expected back on 13 October.
Mrs Millar left on 8 October.
2 learning assistants have been employed (?).

The slabbing is now finished. Other possibilities of development, such as situation of the car pack, were discussed. Ali Black suggested possibility of getting free packing spaces outside the school grounds. This will be explored.
5. Anna gave a brief report on her meeting with the consultative committee with parents.
6. School Board minutes training was flagged as an option to interested members.
